Terms and conditions apply on all our offers.
If you receive an email voucher please ensure that you produce this voucher upon payment for your discounted service.
Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
One voucher per person only.
Most vouchers are only valid on your FIRST visit to any Zappas salon.
Unless otherwise stated, your service will be with any stylist level as decided by Zappas management.
Some offers are subject to availability.
Some offers carry a stylist, date & time restriction.
Zappas have the right to withdraw any offer at any given notice period.
If you are new to hair colour or you have not had a colour application with Zappas in the last 12 weeks you will need to have an allergy alert test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your colour application appointment.
