Full Time Receptionist Wokingham

Zappas are looking for a fun, friendly and organised receptionist to join the team at our Wokingham hair salon. 

We are looking for someone to work in the salon on a full time basis.

Ideal candidates will need:

• Excellent telephone and customer service experience
• To have an interest and some knowledge of the hair industry
• To be a confident and organised person who can motivate the team of stylists

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcoming clients with a positive and friendly manner
• Answering the phone, emails and liaising with Head Office
• To organise bookings efficiently
• To help and support the Salon Manager
