Zappas Salon Cancellation Policy & Appointment Information
At Zappas, we always do our very best to offer flexible, convenient appointment times for all our clients.
To help us manage our diary efficiently and offer appointments to other clients when plans change, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Our 48 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
This updated policy allows us more time to offer appointments to clients on our waiting list and helps reduce the number of last-minute cancellations that are difficult to fill at short notice.
Appointment Reminder Text Messages
For your convenience, our SMS appointment reminder messages are now sent 72 hours before your booking, rather than 48 hours before.
This gives you extra time to contact us if you need to make any changes, particularly over the weekend when our salons are closed on Sundays.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Please note that we may apply a 50% cancellation fee for:
- Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
- Appointments where clients do not attend without letting us know
This fee is based on the service booked.
