James was amazing, taking time to listen to what I wanted and give advice. He put me at ease straight away. I love the finished effect. Everyone in the salon was friendly and welcoming. Will be getting my hair coloured and cut here from now on and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I came in to have my hair colour changed by Anesta, she was so patient and understanding. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She did all the allergy tests and colour tests. The day I came in she spent literally hours on it! She’s so attentive. When it was finished the salon had actually closed but she didn’t rush me or make me feel I should leave. She asked me if I liked and at the time I wasn’t 100% sure because it was quite different (she was so understanding and said I could come back the next day to put a warmer tone through it) I thought I should give it a bit of time and now a week later I LOVE it! What a wonderful experience and Anesta is so lovely!
