Always enjoy my visit to Zappas. Everyone is always super polite and welcoming. Hannah always listens to my requests, gives useful tips and I always come away loving my new hair.

Always a great hair cut by Louise and Lola does lovely caring hair wash and takes great care not to get water in my ears which are very sensitive.

Leah is fantastic and I felt so much better leaving the salon, always do.

Chloe was absolutely lovely and did a fabulous job styling my hair. So glad I came back - always get a friendly and efficient welcome and Beanoak is a lovely salon.

I never used to enjoy having my hair cut until I found Zappas and Kate! I love the massage chairs and Kate helps me relax and enjoy the whole experience plus a fabulous hair cut.

I have been going to Zappas in Fleet for several years.My stylist is Ashleigh who always manages to make my hair look great. She is really helpful at coming up with ideas and I look forward to seeing...her. When I havent been able to book in with Ashleigh I have been with several of the other members of staff in the salon and have always been pleased with the results. I have Louise at Twyford and she is excellent. I come from the New Forest after moving there 6 years ago. . I have been a Zappa client now for 28 years. Sarah at Crowthorne is amazing! She has turned my hair, over the years, from a haystack into a sleek and shiny style, which gains many compliments. She has worked over several cuts to achieve a comple...tely different style that I was after, which involved getting rid of layers while still keeping it neat. From the minute you enter through the door you are treated extra special, with drinks, massaging chairs and even head mas...sages. The hairdressers are all so extremely professional, polite and friendly. The management team run the salon like clockwork and the atmosphere is always funny and happy and trendy. I had such an amazing experience. Everyone at the salon were so attentive and friendly. Jody my colourist, got the colour just right! Billy, my stylist - gave me a great cut. I was scared off salon ex...periences after a large chain - turned me away in disgust and horror (at the tender age of 16) due to psoriasis on my scalp...that was 15 years ago. I had been cutting and colouring my own hair since, too embraced to ever go back to a salon again. I got married 4 weeks ago and ventured to a salon for a professional colour...no one can turn down a bride even with psoriasis. I was delighted to find they were not disgusted...granted, it's no where near as severe as it used to be. After my honeymoon, sun and chlorine left my new colour faded (as expected) and I decided to brave a visit to a local hairdresser and was recommended Zappas. I'm very thankful I've found Zappas...very knowledgable, friendly and provided great results. I certainly will be taking regular salon trips from now on, to Zappas. My fear of salons is behind me! read more
